KT One carries the meaning of Kwuntong Topchain One, and represents the first boutique commercial project by Topchain in Hong Kong. The building is located in the core of CBD2 in Kowloon East, a nine-storeys building with a stylish and elegant curtain wall design. The space combines elements of business, art, environmental friendly and simplicity, with a semi-open piazza entrance with 11 meter height lobby signified by a dazzling spiral staircase.
